As for finding us, well...
The Isthmus of Madison is a lovely place to live. However, some special features, such as the way roads blend into each other and the pattern of one-way streets, make navigation a unique experience. Something like Cincinnati, Ohio, but smaller.
A Woman’s Touch is in the Gateway Mall which is located where John Nolen Drive turns into Blair Street and where Williamson Street meets Wilson Street. Our store is wheelchair accessible.
Enter through the door at the Southeast corner of the building, A Woman’s Touch is just up the hallway on your right.

But how do I get there from...
...the Wisconsin State Capitol building on foot?
Find the capitol building in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. Head to the statue of Hans Christian Heg (a Norwegian guy) at the Eastern corner of the capitol square. Proceed East, down King Street to Wilson Street, then continue (left) Northeast to the intersection of John Nolan Drive/Blair Street and Wilson/Williamson Street. On the north east corner of this intersection where all of the streets change their names (!), spy the Gateway Mall, a tan stucco building with railroad tracks running behind it. Enter the door specified above... Distance: approximately 999 adult foot (size women’s 10; euro=42) paces.
...Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN via I-94?
Find your way out of that fair city (pick your favorite), and head south 4 to 5 hours on I-90. Exit I-90/94 to westbound East Washington Avenue/151 at exit #135A. You should be able to see the State Capital dome in the distance if you have the eyes of an eagle. Travel on East Washington Avenue approximately 5.7 miles to the lights at Patterson, just past the athletic field. Turn left on Patterson to the next set of lights, Williamson Street, approximately .25 miles. Turn right at Williamson. The Gateway Mall is on the right after the Red Caboose Day Care Center, approximately .25 miles.
...Milwaukee, brewski capital of Wisconsin via I-94?
Leave your fair city behind you, traveling west on I-94. At the intersection where I-94 meets I-90, exit I-94 by continuing straight west on 30. This is labled as exit #240. Continue, then exit on the third exit from 30--East Washington Avenue/151. Travel southwest on East Washington approximately 2.5 miles to the lights at Patterson, just past the athletic field. (You should be able to see the capitol building if you have the eyes of a young bunny rabbit.) Turn left on Patterson to the next set of lights, Williamson Street, approximately .25 miles. Turn right at Williamson. The Gateway Mall is on the right after the Red Caboose Day Care Center, approximately .25 miles.
...Rockford, IL via I-90?
Leave your fair city traveling northwest on I-90. Exit I-90 on the left sided exit to 12/18 westbound at exit #142A. Exit 12/18 traveling north on John Nolen Drive at exit #263. This is the fourth exit, approximately 4.8 miles. John Nolen Drive curves around Lake Monona for approximately 2.9 miles. Enjoy the scenery, and notice the only railroad crossing that happens in the middle of a body of water in the world. At the fifth light, shortly after coming out from under the Monona Terrace Convention Center, John Nolen Drive makes a turn to the left and becomes Blair Street. Stay in the Center Lane, and turn right immediately after crossing this intersection (just past the railroad crossing barrier) to enter the Gateway Mall parking lot. (If you have crossed over the railroad tracks themselves, you’ve gone too far. Go straight on Blair a short distance, swing around the block to the right, and you’ll get another chance.)
...Dubuque via 151?
Whatever you do, enjoy the scenery on this divided highway traveling through one of the most beautiful areas in Wisconsin, USA. Stop at the Land’s End Mega Complex, and see how a little company becomes a big company. Stop and dance at Folklore Village north on Hwy BB.
Oh, to the store... After your diversions, head eastbound on the ’beltline’ of Madison where 151 joins 12/18. Continue on 12/18 past Park Street. Exit 12/18 to John Nolen Drive at the second exit after Park Street. John Nolen Drive curves around Lake Monona for approximately 2.9 miles. At the fifth light, shortly after coming out from under the Monona Terrace, John Nolen Drive makes a turn and becomes Blair Street.
